How To Get Your Instrument Repaired

Step 1: Contact us

Call Bob Snope, our repair technician, at (413) 325-6421, or email him through our contact form. He will make arrangements with you about shipping your instrument or dropping it off. There is usually a wait for bigger repairs, so the first step may be to get your name on the Repair Wait List.

Step 2: Get an Estimate

Once Bob has received your instrument and has had a chance to evaluate it, he will contact you with an estimate of the work needed and the cost.

Step 3: Arrange payment

When the repairs are done, you will be contacted by phone or email with the amount you owe and the details of what was done. We can accept cash, checks, Paypal, or Venmo. If you want to use a credit card, you will have to pay through Paypal. Please make out checks to The Button Box. If you are sending money through Paypal, please address it to .

If you’re picking up your instrument from Bob, he can accept checks, cash, or Venmo. If you wish to pay by Paypal, please submit your payment before picking up your instrument.

If your instrument is being shipped to you, please arrange to send us a check or pay us via Paypal or Venmo. If you are sending us a check, you may mail it to:
