Shipping Information

To see shipping and handling charges for your order, add the items you would like to purchase to the shopping cart, enter your country and zip/postal code, and click the calculate button. Be sure to look at the drop-down menu to see all of the available shipping methods. For non-US orders, be sure to choose a shipping method labeled Int'l (for international).

Shipping times will depend on your choice of courier and shipping destination. Additional shipping methods may be available upon request.

Insurance against loss or damage is included for all merchandise.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for any return shipping, including insurance when appropriate. Shipping and handling charges for international orders do not include any import tax or duty that may be charged by customs in the destination country. The customer is responsible for these charges.

Packages are rarely lost. In the event of a missing shipment, we will work with the carrier to help locate the package. We are not responsible for replacing lost items unless we have made an error.
