Instruments: Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price if the instrument is returned within two weeks of receiving the instrument, provided that it is in original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. In some circumstances (such as returns after a free shipping promotion), we will charge a 2% re-stocking fee.
Special order instruments may be returned within the two-week return period, but a refund will only be issued once the instrument has sold to another customer.
Books, CDs, and DVDs are returnable only if the item is defective or if we shipped the wrong item.
Accessories & T-shirts may be returned or exchanged if unworn, unused, and returned with original packaging, if any.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping unless we sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
New instruments are guaranteed for one year. Used instruments are guaranteed to be in good playing condition and remain under warranty for three months.
This guarantee is for defects in materials and workmanship. It excludes normal wear and tear, abuse, and conditions existing at the time of sale.
All warranty work must be done by The Button Box. The customer is responsible for shipping or bringing the instrument to us. We will do the necessary repairs at no charge. Return shipping (back to the customer) is at our expense.
